An international law firm are looking for a corporate associate to join their expanding market leading team. The Corporate Group covers arrange of sectors concentrating on the 5 core sectors of the firm: Energy & Infrastructure, Maritime, Natural Resources, Real Estate and Transport. The group have a strong pipeline of clients and are looking to expand their capability in the London City office. They advise on a broad range of matters including M&A, private equity and capital markets.

You will be a 2-5 PQE corporate associate having worked in a recognised corporate team. You will have proven technical legal skills, ideally with experience or an interest in one of their relevant industry sectors. You will be confident taking a hands on approach to providing high quality client service and fit into the hard-working culture of the Corporate Group.

You will be inspired by the high quality of work the law firm provide and the high level of responsibility offered by the firm.
A leading UK firm, with an international offering, are looking for a corporate associate to join their well regarded corporate team in London. The corporate group advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including high profile M&A, private equity and IPOs.

You will be 2-5 PQE with experience from a recognised corporate team. You will be offered a high level of responsibility including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and having the opportunity to act as lead associate. You will be able to undertake a broad corporate role with a breadth of training and exposure initially before considering where you wish to specialise.
