Our client, a leading company based in Windsor, is recruiting for a Compensation Manager to join their team on a temporary 12 months basis
Reporting to the Director, Compensation Policies & Operations, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the global job catalogue and associated salary ranges, ensuring that the reward arrangements continue to be competitive to attract and retain top talent using market intelligence, and are aligned with the business strategy.

Accountabilities
* Develop global role mapping strategy to ensure we benchmark roles against the most relevant market data in a consistent manner.
* Maintain and improve the global job catalogue and associated salary ranges, including the change process.
* Ensure job profile attributes are relevant and up to date on Workday
* Participate in the selection process of an automated compensation survey management tool. Implement the retained solution ensuring integration with existing systems, Workday and SAP.
* Support the Annual Reward Review process by updating multiple salary ranges in our key locations.
* Ensure the submission to selected market intelligence surveys within the required deadlines with minimum error rate, supported by the compensation analysts and the newly implemented tool.
* Refine global job evaluation/benchmarking framework and tools to ensure all analysts follow a consistent approach

Competencies
* Takes an enterprise wide approach and is collaborative, adaptable and able to understand the dynamics of large, complex organisations
* Skilled in matrix working
* Advanced IT skills (inc. MS Office, SAP and Workday)
* Previous experience of implementing an automated compensation survey management tool, such as MarketPay, Willis Towers Watson Compensation Planning Software.
* Previous experience of managing a team.
* CIPD qualification preferred
* Experience of working in an international compensation/reward team, ideally in a matrix environment
* Extensive knowledge of reward market intelligence providers and surveys
* Extensive experience of designing and managing salary structures
* Experience of working with job families
* Experience of working in a unionised environment an asset
* Experience of managing large and complex projects
