A highly regarded law firm in Cornwall is seeking the assistance of a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a Locum basis to cover a recruitment gap, starting January 2019.

The Position:-
* This position has arisen due to a member of the team leaving
* Depending on the skill set of any applicants, the caseload can involve either the usual high street Sale & Purchases, Acquisition of Land, Landlord & Tenant Law & Property Ownership, OR there is also more complex work dealing with Development Land, Construction, Business Transfer, Licensing, Wind Turbines & Solar Panel Installation, Refinancing, Personal Pensions, Planning & Community Property Trusts
* The office location is situated in a central and popular part of Cornwall near good transport links
* Flexibility around Full or Part time hours
* Secretarial support will be available
* 3 month rolling contact offered
* Rates - £40 - £50ph

The Ideal Candidate:-
* The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4 plus PQE (happy to look at more experienced candidates)
* You will have experience running your own caseload of Commercial Property matters and need minimal supervision
* The firm is happy to look at those relocating to the area
