However, given the boutique nature of the firm, it is not conflicted out of matters like many of the larger, full-service, practices in London.

The role will give the new hire the opportunity to work on some of the biggest commercial disputes in the City, working closely with market leading individuals in the area of commercial litigation (including a number of which that are recognised by legal directories for their expertise in the disputes arena). The firm operates a on a strict Partner to Associate ratio, ensuring that junior lawyers are mentored and given the opportunity and guidance to develop into outstanding disputes practitioners within their own right. In addition to UK High Court focused commercial litigation the firm is also instructed on arbitrations, contentious insolvency and asset-tracing matters as well.

The firm offers significant career progression prospects, competitive remuneration and the chance to undertake commercial litigation work of the highest quality. For a confidential discussion, please contact Michael Madigan on 0207 634 0281 or
