A superb opportunity has emerged for a Service Charge Collections Officer to join one of London's most improved local authority clients in a temporary role lasting for 3-4 months.

Based in London Bridge , this is a full time role (35 hours per week) and the client is expecting the successful candidate to possess previous experience of:

* Collecting rent and service charges from shared owners and leaseholders.
* Possessing an understanding of ground rent and Major Works recovery.
* Leasehold, shared ownership rent recovery, major works and ground rent recovery.
* Recovering extensive rent and service charge debts.
* Dealing with residents on a wide range of issues, such as negotiating service charges and general leasehold queries.

As the role will be working as part of a team of 5, the successful candidate will be expected to achieve both individual and team targets.
