We are working on a number of 12 month FTC roles within a Finance team for a leading Housing Association based in London. These roles are key in their Data Quality Programme delivery team.
Our client is looking for a Business Change Support Officer and a Business Change Manager to support the business in the delivery of a Data Quality Framework across the organisation.
This is a well established Housing Association that has gone through some change and these roles will support the embedding of the business change practices and adoption ownership of Data Quality practices within the organisation to enable the transition to BAU.
In particular we are looking for candidates who have an excellent understanding of delivering and embedding change as part of a wider transformation programme and must have experience of this in their previous roles. Experience of project management tools and industry standard project and change management methodologies which have successfully delivered outcomes are a must to be considered.
As the Business Change Manager you will need to engage with colleagues at all levels across the business therefore you will need to have both excellent verbal and written communication skills to be considered.
