Our client has a great opportunity for a Business Administrator to join a team of Financial Advisors, the role would be in a support capacity so previous experience in financial planning is desirable along with experience as an Admin Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals an suppliers
- Maintain contact list

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant
- Knowledge Of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like laptops and printers
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word- Excel)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to milt-task
