If you have experience of leading Brand Strategy as well as planning and delivering impactful brand marketing campaigns then we'd love to hear from you. Our client is a highly recognised international hotelier seeking an ambitious marketer who can develop strong brands, attractive to both guests and partners alike and subsequently deliver top-line revenue thanks to strong brand awareness and preference.

You will be responsible for conceiving, developing and implementing the brand & marketing actions for the network in the UK & Ireland to drive key objectives:

*Raise Awareness and change brand perceptions.
*Drive profitable direct traffic through campaign planning, creative development, and effective media briefing/follow-up.
*Be the brand guardian/champion for our brand network. You will be the go-to brand expert on DNA and specs.
*Own the brand experience and develop/improve product & service topics.
*Develop and deliver the brand & marketing plan with a focus on brand experience and driving direct web.
*Drive the positioning for brands considering competitor analysis and consumer needs.
*Own the brand roadmap and ensure that key stakeholders are involved, clear on planning and deadlines are met.
*Implement annual brand PR plans.
*Development and implementation of key tools specifically designed for partners (e.g. brand guide websites, and ad-making platform etc).
*Development of Stakeholder communications i.e. marketing updates to internal stakeholders.
*Management of POS and stock with suppliers.
*Lead agency review and set KPIs.

Given the comprehensive scope of this role, we are seeking the following experience:

*5+ years relevant brand and marketing experience
*Proven expertise in 360 brand/tactical campaign planning and delivery
*Commercial acumen
*Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
*Management of a member of staff
*Experience in franchise/partner models
*Good influencing and negotiating skills
*English speaker (but European languages a bonus)
*Excellent communication skills
*English copywriting is essential
*Graduate in Marketing / Business School graduate
*Exceptional drive for change, constantly looking at "what could be"
*Experience of operating in a matrix structure.
*Experience working in a franchise structured business, such as Hotels, Car Rental or Gym's advantageous.
