Marketing Manager B2B
Solihull
Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits

Our financial services client based in Solihull are looking to appoint a B2B Marketing Manager to look after a team of 4 Marketing Producers.

The role will ensure that agreed Marketing Plans are delivered on time and on budget by the production team.
This role is also responsible for management of agencies and suppliers used to deliver marketing campaigns.

The role:

Drive profitable growth through the acquisition of new customers
Work closely with existing B2B partners
Responsible for the overall design and management of creative execution/campaign delivery of the agreed marketing/budget plans
Responsibility to identify areas for growth or cost saving through a Continuous Improvement Culture; using Lean Six-Sigma methodology.
Delivery of a relevant and appropriate customer experience across all customer touchpoints
Management of a team of 2 - 4 Direct Reports
Ability to motivate people
Create a fun and positive team culture that is focused on a customer first approach
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver requirements as detailed
Ensure clear communication of activities are relayed to all areas of the businesses who are affected. This includes contributing to and supporting projects as and when required

The candidate:

Experience of digital and above the line marketing campaign delivery/design including agency/supplier relationship management
Experience in Acquisition & In-life Marketing of regulated products
Line management of a B2B Marketing team
Evidence of successful delivery of digital transformation and a mobile first design approach
Strong cross functional/senior stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
Proven track record of negotiation skills

The ideal candidate will come from a regulated or financial services background. The successful candidate will need to undergo full security and financial background checks due to the nature of our clients business
