Closely monitor the Investment team administration mailbox (where all administrative requests/tasks are sent) to ensure good client service to the Investment Division department and deadlines are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage all aspects of travel including team trips (flights, hotels booking)
. Also liaising with other global offices if necessary when global teams travel together
* Arrange internal and external meetings, book meeting rooms, taxis and video conferencing equipment and recordings as needed
* Ensure all expenses are entered and submitted accurately and on time in Concur
* Sorting post / Office supply coordination including business cards
* Print relevant reports and presentations for client/prospect meetings in specified format (covers and bound)
* Collate presentations when required
* Submitting presentations
* Download recordings/materials from Manager Research quarterly calls in SharePoint (internal document management and storage system)
* Maintain and update relevant policies and procedures
* Desk allocation for overseas visitors as well as tracking overseas visitors
* Maintain hard copy and electronic filing of documents, literature or other documentation
