Badenoch and Clark are recruiting for a temporary accounts payable clerk for a global organisation in Shirley.

This role is for a 3 month temporary contract which an opportunity to be extended or potentially go permanent.

You will be join a large accounts payable team to adhere to the below:

Process a high volume of PO and Non Po supplier invoices
Ensure all non purchase order invoices are process in a timely and accurately manor
Process all business queries through SAP
Liaise with suppliers to discuss invoice queries
Ensure continuous improvement opportunities are all realised in invoice reception
Complete all vendor statement reconciliation that is set by the team leader

To be successful with this application you must have:

Experience working with high volume ledgers
Experience with SAP is desirable
Excellent IT skills including pivot tables/ Vlookups
Able to work within a large team effectively.
