Badenoch & Clark are delighted to be exclusively with a growing client based in Hove to recruit an Accounts Assistant.

You will be responsible for -

* Managing group cashflow - Paying suppliers, checking paypal & Amex for forward receipts, ensuring this is up to date at all times.
* Posting of all supplier invoices to sage and saving to email and S Drive
* Timely / accurate payment of supplier invoices
* Processing of customer refunds
* Reconciliation of purchase ledger
* Updating the Purchase accruals
* Petty cash payments and reconciliation
* Daily reconciliation of the bank account
* Allocation of post
* Expenses
* Assisting the FC with month end procedures as required

Requirements -
* Excellent IT skills - Excel - experience of pivot tables
* Knowledge / Use of sage
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months finance exposure. A book keeping or AAT qualification is desirable although not essential Badenoch and Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
