Scheme outline

As a new graduate you have individual strengths and development needs. Our graduate trainee scheme is structured to support and challenge you as a trainee consultant.

Remuneration & benefits

• OTE: £25k – £30k (rising to £35k - £45k in year two)
• Basic salary: £18k
• £2k relocation bonus payable upon starting the scheme
• Pay review after six months’ service
• 20 days’ holiday (rising to 24 in year two) plus bank holidays
• Regular corporate events celebrating company successes
