Katy has over 16 years of recruitment experience, predominantly in the public sector space, but having also worked with the private sector. She is currently responsible for permanent and temporary teams specialising in housing and not for profit , local government, education, NHS and charities. Jodie joined B&C in 2000 and started her career recruiting Back Office staff into London-based Investment Banks. City-based recruitment has been a focus throughout and Jodie is currently an Associate Director looking after PPM, Change, Risk and Actuarial recruitment across the Private Sector. She is also the company lead across the Banking & Financial Services sector and plays an active role in the Learning & Development team.

Andrew joined B&C in 1999 as a recruitment consultant in our London offices. In that time he has recruited for both temporary and permanent solutions predominately within legal across the private practice, in-house and public sector. In the past few years, Andrew has successfully built legal teams in Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds. Recently, Andrew’s remit has grown and he is the community lead across legal and has responsibility across all teams based in Bristol and Reading.
