Our client is a global fast-moving consumer goods business. This role will report into the Associate Director for Talent Acquisition. You will be pivotal in the development of the Employer Brand strategy and driving the execution of our recruitment social marketing and brand efforts.

Working with business leaders and our appointed creative agency, play an active project role to define employer brand and value proposition across core talent segments.

You will guide and influence our Talent Acquisition teams across Europe in the development of employer branding plans for their country.

Support Talent Acquisition teams with the right tools, materials and capabilities to activate their brand plans, leveraging various branding channels, including social media.

Close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and our Public Affairs & Communications team, to ensure our internal / external communications (including use of Linkedin and other social media platforms) are aligned to our employer brand and corporate guidelines.

Define measurements for success, assessing and measuring the effectiveness of our branding channels / initiatives. Help to identify and share best practices between country TA teams to build on success.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role you will be currently a Global Brand / Social Media Attraction Manager working in FMCG or similar fast paced innovative industry. You will have a proven track record in successfully managing social media communities including optimization of content and big analytics by each platform. You will have a rich knowledge of digital platforms and experience of building unique attraction / marketing strategies.

You will be a highly skilled communicator with demonstrated experience of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across a matrix environment.

You will have the ability to navigate complex organisation structures and establish
relationships remotely with key TA suppliers / collaborators.

This is a great opportunity for someone that has already had exposure to managing and coordinating projects and wants to play a key role in driving TA initiatives.
