Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle from initial job posting through to offer stage.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment demands.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at any given time.
- Source candidates from different platforms: from job boards to LinkedIn. Building a professional network.
- Involvement in the interview stages and responsible for candidate management.

Personal Specification:
- The ability to attract talent to the business. Talent acquisition is a critical focus for the business and to help the business achieve strategic goals.
- You will have proven experience working within a recruitment agency or working in-house.
- You will be responsible for representing the company through networking and headhunting. You are the first impression the candidate will meet from the company. So you need to have a great understanding of the company ethos and standards.
- The ability to work autonomously and to work to schedules.
