Senior HR Systems Coordinator (Successfactors)

Who are we?

HR is currently working with a global private sector business that is looking for a Senior HR Systems Coordinator based in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:

*Working with the HR Systems team and various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of consistency high level of service.
*Identifying and Communicating data quality issues
*Creating and delivering of MI requests to the agreed service level agreements
*Documenting key reports, Data and KPI definitions.
*Ensure existing process guides are maintained and new process guides are produced to the agreed team standard. Measure the quality of the team deliverables and enable action plans to be implemented.
*Manage system processes and activities as requested by the business.
*Support the senior HR Systems Manager in training & development.

What skills are we looking for?

*Qualified to A level standard or equivalent work experience.
*Experienced with reporting and analytics.
*Proven relevant experience in understanding people data analysis and reportin.g
*Experience in using data to generate insight and management information.
*Experience of developing management information reporting and dashboards.
*Knowledge of HR Systems preferably SAP or Successfactors.
