Our client, a global custodian, is currently seeking a Programme/Project Manager to join their Change team in London.

The Programme/Project Manager will be responsible for:

*Supporting senior management with the governance, oversight, execution and implementation of critical strategic programmes emanating from the various EMEA Regulators
*Managing and overseeing end-to-end project management activities including project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation
*Assisting in developing detailed project plans and schedules projects, including goals, risks and resource allocation
*Contributing to vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met
*Maintaining regular contact with clients and coordinating and reporting on project progress and accomplishments
*Coordinating resources across organisational boundaries
*Serving as a liaison between clients and internal groups to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification
*Managing communication with the business at a detailed functional level to discuss and resolve issues
*Financial management of existing projects; supporting annual forecasting, administration, review of actuals against plans and resolving variances with Project Managers
*Performing secretariat duties for Programme/Project Steering Committee including preparation of agendas, collation/distribution of MI and accurate minute taking.

As such, the successful appointee will have the following skills and experience:

*Extensive related experience as a Programme Manager in investment banking or asset management
*Experience in business management or related field
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Results focused mindset with exceptional problem solving skills and strong detail orientation
*Knowledge of Regulatory/Governance frameworks
*Literacy in the following software packages: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (high level of skill essential), Excel, Visio, Project.
