Badenoch & Clark is currently recruiting for a Leasehold Administrator to join a housing provider based in the Manchester region. This is an exciting opportunity to support the housing leasehold team to provide an excellent front line service to customers, leaseholders, new applicants, solicitors, contractors and Local Authority.

Overview of Duties:
* Manage and process all Right to Buy, Right to Acquire inquiries including home visits.
* Process applications for lease extensions and all solicitors inquiries.
* Assist in monitoring arrears across Market Rent and Right to Buy portfolio.
* Provide support to the leasehold team to deal with any complaints from customers.
* Maintain and develop processes to ensure that all aspects of sales and leasehold are as effective as possible.
* Ensure that policy and regulatory compliance is adhered to including purchase ordering, financial regulations, deposit protection, credit checking and property acquisition.

The successful applicant must have previous experience working within social housing and ideally have experience of leasehold or right to buy.
