HR Shared Services Team Leader

Purpose of the job:
*A Public Sector Body in South East London is looking for a HR Shared Services Team Leader to be responsible for, lead and participate in a team whose responsibility is to deliver administrative support services to the HR Business Partner team and the business.

Your duties will include:
*You will be ensuring the provision of excellent customer service to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
*You will be overseeing development and performance management through a structured system of monthly one to ones and yearly objective setting.
*You will be leading, supporting and working as part of the HR administration team carrying out the full range of HR administrative processes including those related to recruitment and selection, appointments and terminations, contractual variations, sickness absence, annual pay award and benefit schemes.
*You will be ensuring the meaningful production of HR data and management information in the agreed timescales.
*You will be ensuring data accuracy by undertaking regular checking and authorisation of the processes undertaken by the team.
*You will be supporting the development and maintenance of upgrades to HR systems and lead on the roll out of changes and user acceptance testing.
