Our Client is a Growing Legal Services firm based in North London looking for a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis to handle recruitment lifecycle and payroll processes for the firm.
Up to £22,000
*Collation of monthly payroll data
*Preparation of submission files
*Collate and issue new hire packs
*data entry - set up new hire/position records
*Collation and processing of new hire documentation
*Organise and co-ordinate new starter onboarding/induction
*Administer leaver process, including collating holiday data, issuing leaver letters, exit interview questionnaires; arranging exit meetings
*Reference requests: ex-employee employment verification requests
*Production of contracts and changes there to for existing staff
*Recording and maintenance of sickness/maternity/paternity leave data
*Maintenance of files in the system.
*Assist with annual archiving process
*ER note-taking
*Assist HR team with training administration; including booking of meeting rooms, issuing invitations to presenters and attendees

Ideal Candidate

*Knowledge of HR and Payroll
*HR Qualification - CIPD or equivalent
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good organization skills
*High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
*Team player
*Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
