HR Administrator
Up to £22,000
Monday to Friday

Our client is an established and entrepreneurial company with a worldwide presence, and looking to recruit a HR Administrator to help the team in providing comprehensive HR and administrative services.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with the central HR function to ensure consistent approach and adherence to our clients standards
Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection guidelines and policies
Produce accurate figures for payroll submission and checking all variances
Help in coordinating recruitment activities and ensure process adherence
Maintain effective working processes, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner

Key Skills

Good working knowledge of HR processes, policies and sub systems
Good working knowledge of UK employment law
Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
Moderate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word required
