Global Payroll:

To be responsible for the Global Payroll function of the group, including commissions.
To manage the processing of payroll, for all entities.
Providing timely and accurate information, on a monthly basis.
This is a key supportive role within the Finance team reporting directly to the Finance Manager.


Manage and run a part-outsourced UK payroll of 250+ employees and maintain relationships with the providers

Manage and run International Payrolls across various providers - 50+ employees across 10+ countries

Preparation of annual payroll headcount and budget forecast

Act as an escalation point to resolve queries from HR/Staff

Review internal controls and procedures

Maintain relationship with international payroll providers

Set up of international payroll for new territories/countries

Oversee all statutory compliance including the Company Pension scheme in the UK and for subsidiaries

Preparation of P11d's and PSA forms for HMRC

Manage headcount data and monthly reporting of FTE's to group

Monthly reporting of salary variances to budget

Processing and payment of International salaries, PAYE & Pension contributions

Ad-hoc projects as defined by the Finance Manager

Working with HR to maintain the system

Calculation of commissions for all SIS based employees of the group
