A fantastic opportunity has emerged for an Empty Homes & Lettings Co-ordinator to join one of my most improved Housing Association clients in a permanent role.

Based in the City of London and paying between £19-23k per annum, this role is full time for 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday). The purpose of the role is to work in collaboration with the Home & Property Services teams to deliver customer excellence, providing an innovative empty homes and lettings service, which maximises income, minimises revenue loss and fills the client's empty homes quickly.

Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have knowledge of/experience in:

* Delivering an efficient and effective empty homes and lettings service.
* Advertising and marketing empty homes.
* Shortlisting applicants.
* Co-ordinating pre moving out visits.
* Ensuring nomination procedures are followed.
* Undertaking eligibility assessments.
* Progressing transfers and mutual exchanges.
* Managing waiting lists.
* Working with applicants and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable lettings.

This role will ideally suit a candidate with a strong lettings and housing management background who is keen to develop a long term, stable career with a well respected housing client.
