Our client, a key social housing provider within the North East is looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduler on a contract basis for their team based in Stockton.

This role is for a minimum of three months, with the aim of providing excellent service standards to internal and external customers in all aspects of repairs scheduling.

You will be responsible for:

* Responding to telephone, and electronic contact from potential and existing customers across the full range of the housing services that are delivered by the organisation taking a proactive approach to customer care
* Administer the responsive repairs function ensuring that orders are checked, authorised and booked in with the operatives
* Corresponding with customers on all business functions and receiving, logging and handling of informal and formal complaints.
* Providing excellent customer service and dealing with tenant queries.
* Raising or purchase orders and inputting invoices
* General Housing administration e.g. photocopying, letter writing, minute taking
* Data input including housing, maintenance and environmental information

Previous experience working within a similar role with a repairs background is highly desirable.
